Тема: ТВтюнер+ПДУ

Доброго времени всем! Нужен совет,самому ни как не справиться.  Имеем- Gentoo2.6.27-r7 ,tv tuner VS-TV878RF (с ПДУ) ,usb инфрапорт MA-620 Infrared Adapter, хочется что-бы ПДУ работал,LIRC вроде стоит,а чего-то не настраивается.(может в ядре irda не включена?как узнать?) Светы нужны детальные т.к. Линухе я новичек.Заранее благодарен!

Для начала надо бы погуглить с ключевыми словами "МА-620" "Линукс" "Linux". Что касается ядерной поддержки то ее действительно нужно включить и скорее всего вот это: Device Drivers --> [*]USB support --> <M>USB Serial Converter support --> <M>USB IR Dongle Serial Driver. Это означает что нужно пересобрать ядро из исходников. Ликбез по сборке можно нагуглить или можно почитать в доках по ядру: /usr/src/linux-W.X.Y.Z/README & /usr/src/linux-W.X.Y.Z/Documentation. Думаю для начала README хватит, хотя... Эхх мне бы повозиться. Я любитель подымания "железяк" под линукс:).

Надо бы свежие мессажы. Сделай в любой консоли: tail -n 0 -f /var/log/messages , а затем втыкай ИК-донгл. Потом засвети вывод в той консоли.
Подозреваю шо ИК сел на ttyUSB0. Пошукай его в в папке /dev. Если надешь, расшарь для всех пользователей: # chmod 777 /dev/.../ttyUSB0. Затем делай как в первой ссылке сказано: irda-utils и т.п.

P.S.: А сам тюнер нормально определился и заработал?

Так и знал: чип Пролифика и драйвер соответсвенно, файл устройства ttyUSB0. Дальше действуй по ссылкам. Отпиши что получается.

Буквально пост по ссылке не надо воспринимать, то ж Убунта у тебя Генту (отсюда к нашим гентушникам че где лежит), ищи irdump (так кажца).
А грузить uhci_hcd нет нужды, оно в ядре судя по всему уже сидит.

P.S.: Черт я забыл всю последовательность действий ибо давно забросил ИК, т.к. мну надоело играцца пультом и мплеером. Короче гугл наверняка поможет (также как мне в све время).

Сперва была Кубунта (спасибо Agressory),за три дня я её уложил в хлам(Agressor сказал-"Линукс убить невозможно!"-ОШИБСЯ!) Теперь Gentoo (спасибо ему-же) ,А мне нравится,здесь думать надо!

Сперва была Кубунта (спасибо Agressory),за три дня я её уложил в хлам(Agressor сказал-"Линукс убить невозможно!"-ОШИБСЯ!) Теперь Gentoo (спасибо ему-же) ,А мне нравится,здесь думать надо!

Ну при желании можно и "статую свободы" в постель уложить "вхлам")).
Короче,...пока что твоя задача разобраться с irda-utils и продампить посылки любого пульта ДУ в консоли. Если увидишь "бег цифирь" 16-х то считай связь есть. Затем нужно будеть разобраться со связкой LIRC+Mplayer или чем ты там ТВ смотришь (лучше mplayer`a по-моему нет).

P.S.: Скажи свой джаббер, если есть.
